The EMP grenade is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It also appears in the Van Buren tech demo game files.

• They can be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001, inside the central hall.^[1]
• Found in Eddie Galenski stash, in Boulder Dome.^[2]
• Can be purchased from merchants in Boulder.^[3]
