Dynamite is a high explosive, consisting of nitroglycerin mixed with the absorbent substance kieselguhr.
Strictly speaking, dynamite is nitroglycerin-soaked absorbent, pressed into sticks. Available in single sticks with safety fuses, to be lit and thrown, or as a bundle with a timing device for use as a bomb. Dynamite is especially helpful for clearing cave-ins, and can blow most doors apart.
Dynamite (bundle with timer device)Edit
A bundle of multiple sticks of dynamite, secured together and wired to a timer. This timer can be set for as little as ten seconds of delay, or up to a few minutes.
- For the version that appears in Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, see: Dynamite.
End of information based on Fallout Tactics.
Dynamite (single stick with fuse)Edit
A standard stick of dynamite, with a length of safety fuse. Used as a thrown explosive bomb, and lit by a cigarette lighter, they are found all over the wastelands, even from early on in the game.
- For the version that was to appear in Van Buren, see: Dynamite.
Long-fuse dynamite is just like normal dynamite but, as the name suggests, has a longer fuse.
