Dylan was a character hiding out from trappers in Rayburn Point on the Island in 2287.
Background
He left a note and stash in a grave near Rayburn Point to dig up for Merra. Unfortunately, Dylan didn't make it back to safety from trappers, as his skeleton can found very near the grave.
