The note can be found northeast of Rayburn Point at the end of the road on the top floor of a barn next to some candles.

• The grave is a little ways east of the barn, near the ruined house.
• Can only be excavated using a shovel, showing up as Dylan's stash. Shovel is found in the barn with the note.
