Drunks are intoxicated people living in Freeside in 2281.
Background[]
Drunks can be found in the destroyed building across from Mick & Ralph's. They will wander around the area, sit against the wall, and make random comments when the Courier attempts to speak with them.

- Birds of a Feather: While the Courier is guarding the Silver Rush with Simon, a drunk will approach and ask to be let it with the Courier either telling him to leave, denying him on company policy or letting him in. If politely denying him entrance to the Silver Rush is chosen, the player can earn the full cap bonus at the end of this section.
