Background
Not much is known about Drummer Boy, not even his real name or where he is from. His duties include relaying messages and mission details from Railroad HQ to field agents and facilitating communication between Railroad cells and safehouses scattered throughout the Commonwealth via dead-drops. Drummer Boy takes his job very seriously.
