Doctor Alvarez is a doctor living at the Follower's Outpost in 2281.

BackgroundEdit

If you convince Veronica Santangelo to leave the Brotherhood of Steel during the quest I Could Make You Care, she will ask you to take her to the Follower's Outpost. There you will find Alvarez, who will ask both of you to leave for a day until their main doctor comes back. When you do, you'll come back to find them all dead and four hostile Brotherhood of Steel Paladins.
