Divert more electrical power to Eric's home

Eric is a ghoul living in Broken Hills, who unfortunately, is constantly surrounded by flies once he gets sweaty. The quest is to divert more electrical power to his home (hence the title).
To complete the quest go to the power plant and talk to power plant operator to do this, or if you have enough Scientific skills, you can do it yourself.
He can either give you Buffouts, or $150.
