	The following is based on Fallout Tactics and some details might contradict canon.

Dyson "Diesoon" Miles is a scientist who appears to be an initiate of the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel. He was kidnapped by the raiders of Rock Falls to study a strange object they got from a force that crushed them to the west. He didn't succeed much in revealing this object's purposes. He was saved by the warrior and escorted to the Bunker Alpha, where he continued his work under the Brotherhood. He would be seen in Bunker Beta some time after.
