Diana Sowle is an American actress who voices Old Lady Palmer, Agatha, Manya Vargas and Margaret Primrose and various other elderly female characters in Fallout 3.
She is most notable for her role of Mrs. Bucket in the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and her performance of the song "Cheer Up Charlie" in that movie.
