Devil's Highway is a perk added to Fallout 3 with the Broken Steel add-on.
It instantly sets your karma to Very Evil.

It's not recommended that players get this as you can decrease your karma (without any permanent effects) by using owned computer terminals over and over. The only good use that the karma changing perks offer is to get the achievements for level 30 instantly.

The name of this perk is probably either a reference to the song Highway to Hell by AC/DC or U.S. Route 66, whose nicknames include The Devil's Highway and The Highway to Hell. [1]
