The following is based on information from Fallout Tactics.

The area known as the Devil's Graveyard is the former city of Chicago, Illinois.

Background

The area has been transformed by a group of raiders into a killing ground, making direct access to their base a nightmare. The leader of Devil's Graveyard raiders is Gargantua. After his raiders attacked the village of Dirt Haven, which were allied with the Brotherhood of Steel, the Brotherhood pacified this area by destroying local raider forces and killing Gargantua along with his mad servant, Psycho.
