Deliver Lynette's holodisk to Westin in NCR is a Fallout 2 quest obtained from Lynette in Vault City. It is triggered by wiping the Raider settlement and finding Bishop's notebook of payments in their possession. Later, after retrieving Bishop's Holodisk from his bedroom safe in New Reno, you can approach Lynette and hand over both pieces of evidence.
Walkthrough
Lynette will ask you to deliver the holodisk to Roger Westin in NCR and mark the location in your Pip-Boy map if it wasn't here before.
