Debbie is very talented with her hands. She is a good field medic who can fix most non-critical injuries. Her delicate touch also enables her to detect and remove sophisticated traps.
Debbie becomes available after the Warrior reaches the rank of Paladin Lord.
Debbie appears only in Fallout Tactics.
