The deactivated bomb collar is a miscellaneous item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.

CharacteristicsEdit

These bomb collars were deactivated and left behind as Elijah took his trip through the Big MT. Elijah would later take a few bomb collars back with him to the abandoned Brotherhood of Steel bunker to force people to do his bidding in the Sierra Madre.

LocationEdit

They are located in the Little Yangtze watch tower. Once you enter there, a few will be located on the desk directly front of you. There are also some on the counter behind the desk and on the shelf.
