Dave Foley is the actor who voices Yes Man in Fallout: New Vegas. He is best known for his performances on the Canadian sketch comedy show "The Kids in the Hall," and later the American sitcom "NewsRadio." He also voiced the character Flik in the animated movie A Bug's Life and Chris from the American cartoon Dan Vs.
