Daniel is a high-ranking member of the Fiends, serving as Motor-Runner's right-hand man inside Vault 3 in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.
Background
Daniel is Motor-Runner's right-hand man and a leading member of the gang, usually found patrolling the back end of Vault 3's living quarters. He is accompanied by another high-ranking fiend, who acts as a bodyguard. Recently, the gang had captured four traders who are being detained by Daniel. He possesses the key to their cell.

- He is one of the few named characters that are affected by the Sneering Imperialist perk.
- It can be inferred by his GECK ID and the fact that he carries a key to the jail cell in Vault 3 that he is in charge of prisoners of the fiends.
