Curtis is a farmer living in Shady Sands. Talking to him can lead to the "Improve the Agriculture of Shady Sands" quest.

Curtis, a farmer for Shady Sands, stays around on the gardens. There is no known background about this man, just that he is a farmer.

[edit] Interactions with the player character

It is possible to talk to Curtis about the nearby crops. He gives information that he is growing the farm, so and so. It is however, possible to tell him (if you have about 50% Science), that you can use crop rotation to make the crops better. He takes your information seriously (it is serious however), and starts using it for Shady Sands good. You can gain experience from this.
