Cruz, also known as "Heart-Eater Cruz", is a Prime legionary for Caesar's Legion and a slave driver for Terrence.

BackgroundEdit

Once a raider from what is now a disintegrated clan claimed by the Legion, Cruz is a ruthless soldier armed with a distinctive thermic lance. Cruz is infamous for ripping the internal organs from his slain enemies and devouring them to establish terror for all those who confront him. A symbol of ferocity and psychotic rage, Cruz is rumored to be a devout cannibal and is suspected to be involved in the mysterious disappearances of slaves in the encampment.

• To Catch A Cannibal - Speak to Terrence about the disappearances of the slaves in the encampment and he'll admit that animals and slaves have gone missing, and encourages you to speak to some of the legionary recruits to get to the bottom of the mystery.

AppearancesEdit

Cruz has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
