Crockett is the head scientist of the Hubologists in San Francisco. He is a young, slovenly geek with an extreme affinity for technology, working for the Hubologists, but not quite following their teachings - he provides them with his skills in exchange for a hefty salary and some action from the ladies from time to time.

A testament to his talent is the nuclear reactor installed on board the USS Quetzel and a hardening process for power armor he developed on his own.
