Crispy SquirrelBits is a food item found in Fallout 3. It can restore some of your Hit Points, but also gives you a small amount of radiation.

Like other foods, it is usually found in refrigerators. It can be bought off merchants if they specialize in food, or just happen to have them. They can often be stolen from tables in towns, or less often found on tables. They can also be more rarely found in other containers such as a metal box.
It is unknown where the squirrel for the food comes from, as there is no form of squirrel or squirrel based animal to be found in Fallout 3.
