Coyote hide is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

Coyote hide, along with coyote meat, can be found on the corpse of coyotes in the Mojave Wasteland. Unlike a Gecko hide, a coyote hide can not be tanned at a campfire. However, a coyote hide has almost the same weight to value ratio as pre-War money, making it another valuable prospecting item.

With Honest Hearts, a Repair skill of 15 allows you to fashion leather belts from coyote hide at a workbench, with each hide yielding 2 belts.
