The cowboy repeater maple stock or Cby. rep. maple stock is a weapon mod sold in Fallout: New Vegas.

Effects

This mod decreases the weight of the cowboy repeater by 1.5 pounds, from 5 to 3.5 pounds. The color of the stock and grip will change with this mod; making the wood look lighter, newer and better-kept.

Notes

Prior to patch 1.3.0.452, the maple stock was only worth 100 caps.

Bugs

PC Prior to recent patches, this mod did not actually decrease weight value. While the weapon's weight was shown as 3.5, it still took up 5 points of encumbrance in your inventory. This has since been fixed. ^[verified]
