Cougar is Doc Morbid's bodyguard in Junktown around 2161.

Cougar refers to himself in the third person, and also acts as the Doc's bodyguard along with his friend Flash. Not appearing particularly bright, he prefers directing any questions posed to him to Flash.

All that Cougar ever does with the Vault Dweller, is to tell him to leave, and redirect questions to Flash.
