Layout
The Cottonwood Cove HQ is a small building of stone with two stories, connected by exterior stairs. The lower story's main room appears to be a communications room next door to a storage room. The upper story serves as the office and living quarters of Aurelius of Phoenix, who either oversees the cove or sits in his office chair.
