The cosmic knife clean is a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add on Dead Money.
Characteristics
The cosmic knife clean is a melee weapon almost identical in appearance to the cosmic knife (besides the fact that it is now perfectly clean). It features a slightly higher damage and critical chance than the normal version. It can be crafted during and after the events of Dead Money. It is identical in appearance to a cosmic knife, except it does not glow purple, it changes to a steel color. Its special V.A.T.S. attack is called Surgical Strike.

Bugs
Despite being a knife, the Cosmic knife clean is not affected by the Cowboy perk.
