It consists of one run down garage and a completely destroyed cottage with a truck and trailer having crashed though it. This is one of the most difficult locations on the map to build a settlement as the raw materials are limited (even some materials on site cannot be scrapped), there is very little flat land to build on, and the cottage ruins and a cave underneath take up a large portion of the constructible area. Buildings will most likely have to be built on strutted foundations building up rather than out due to lack of flat space.
There is usually a raider or two at this site. Mirelurks spawn from the ground as the player character nears the buildings.
- A Nuka-Cherry - By the skeleton in the destroyed blue cottage.
- This is a potential mirelurk queen location, so if one chooses to build a settlement here, be sure to set up adequate defenses. It may spawn upon approaching the settlement for the first time. It may be closer to the shore or on the beach just north of the Museum of Witchcraft.
- To the northeast one can find the unmarked coastal hideout.
The coastal cottage only appears in Fallout 4.
