General Clifton was the commanding officer of the Sierra Army Depot up to 2077.

Background

General Clifton was responsible for overseeing Sierra Army Depot's conversion into an automated defense base. On July 5th, 2077 he was wounded by an exploding mine, as the result of a botched placement by one of his subordinates, Corporal Dixon.

The damage was severe, and his eye had to be surgically removed by Dr. Solomon, and was placed inside of bio med gel for regeneration.

Appearances

Clifton doesn't actually appear in any game, but you do come across his eye during Fallout 2. He is also mentioned in Fallout 2.
