After completing Power Play, the traitorous raider gang is still hostile towards the Sole Survivor and the other two gangs. While their leader is dead, any outposts in the Commonwealth that belong to the rebel gang will need to be cleared out. If no outposts were given to the rebel gang, this quest will not activate.
Any turrets that were built at an outpost will also become hostile if the residing gang rebels.
