The Church of the Lost is a ghoul religion located in the city of Los. The majority of the city population are the members of this cult. The cult dedicated itself to guard Secret Vault from the outside world and eradicate all humans (and Super Mutants) that come to their holy ground. Their leader and spiritual guide is Blake. The Church of the Lost is a powerful force. These ghouls has access to some advanced weaponry, like laser weapons, and they use their glowing comrades, poison dogs and even suicide bombers to fight their enemies.

The Church of the Lost consists not only of ghouls who were made to their current status after the Great War. Some of the members, including Blake himself, are ghouls for only about 20 years and were created by the explosion in the Secret Vault from where they originally came.
