Knight Church is a Knight of the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel. Paladin Hoss mentions that Church was killed during the super mutant assault which seperated him from Initiate Pek.

Its possible that Knight Church's name was inspired by the character Church from the breakout Machinima series Red vs. Blue, as both Churches met an untimely end early in their respective storylines.
It is also possible that the name is a play on words, as Knight Church fell in battle, at Falls Church.
