Chem Resistant is a Fallout 3 and a Fallout: New Vegas perk.
Effects
Having the Chem Resistant perk means you’re 50% less likely to develop an addiction to chems, like psycho or jet.
This perk is rendered useless if the player opts for Logan's Loophole trait in Old World Blues.
Notes
- Synergizes well with Chemist, Old World Gourmet
and Day Tripper.
- Due to UMON, you will still have a 100% chance to become addicted after using a chem a certain number of times. The utility of this perk is thus questioned as a more casual player can simply reload the game if an addiction is developed; not to mention the ease at which addictions can be cured.
