The Chairman greeter is a guard for the Tops casino in 2281. In game, he is named "Chairman Greeter". He works for the Chairmen.
Background
He stands inside the entrance of The Tops and guards it from criminals attempting to enter the casino. He also confiscates the weapons of anyone entering the casino. He will confiscate all of the player's weapons, unless the player has some holdout weapons, and has a sufficient sneak skill, in which case the option to retain your holdout weapons will become available through speech.

He will ask you to hand over your weapons. Not giving them to him will result in him attacking you. He calls the player "baby".
During the quests Ring-A-Ding-Ding, if the player speaks to Swank after entering the Tops for the first time, and the player passes a succession of speech checks, Swank will distract Benny while the player gathers evidence, and will allow the player to confront Benny once the evidence has been found. Swank will also return all the weapons which were confiscated by Chairman Greeter, and as a result, the player will not be asked to turn in their weapons on all subsequent visits to the Tops.

Trivia
- When the player first enters he will ask for player's weapons, in which the player can negatively respond to this and say 'From. My. Cold. Dead. Hands', which is a reference to ex-NRA president and film actor Charlton Heston's speeches.
