Cash Out is an achievement added in the add-on to Fallout: New Vegas, Dead Money.
Walkthrough
- Once your inside the Sierra Madre Vault and you have made Elijah come down to the vault, simply wait for him to stand infront of you then kill him, then you get the achievement. Be prepared for a long run back the way you came as yoyr collar is ticking!
Notes
The achievement picture is similar to the achievement picture of Arizona Killer.
