Carolina Red is a cruel female slaver in Paradise Falls in the year 2277.

If the player comments on how mean she is, she will say that her father was much worse and recounts a story about him cutting off someone's legs and laughing at the person crawling around for about an hour before bashing his skull in with a rock. She admits, though, that she found it "kinda funny".

The player character can talk to her and tell her that she's mean, and in turn, she'll tell the PC her father was much worse.

- She is most likely found by the Paradise Falls' bar. She is considered a very evil character; if you kill her, you will be rewarded with +100 Karma.
- She also seems to have a crush on Jotun, During random conversation with him she says that he is pretty and that she "likes a man who knows how to look pretty and stay quiet".

- On very rare event Jotun and Carolina turn hostile to eachother in the barracks.
