Carol's Place is located on the upper floor of the Underworld's concourse. It is run by the ghouls Carol and Greta. It is located across the hall from The Ninth Circle. Mister Crowley can be found here, as he has rented a bed in the back.
At Carol's Place, the player can rent a bed for the night by speaking to Carol, or may purchase food by speaking to Greta.
