Cannibal Johnson's cave is a location in the Mojave Wasteland, located south east of the Strip, southwest of Vault 34 and north west of Camp Golf.
Layout
Directly inside of it, there is Cannibal Johnson standing in front of a campfire. There is also a bear trap directly leading out of the entrance. Inside his living area is an Enclave crate.
The cave continues left near the end of the room, leading down into another room, containing the corpses of coyotes, nightstalkers and mole rats. There are also a few pools of "blood" in this same room, which counts as stealing if the Courier drinks from it. Although it appears to be blood, the game treats it as water; the blood also doesn't give any rads.
Notable loot
- Grognak the Barbarian on Johnson's bed.
- Mole rat wonder meat on a cutting board. This is the only place in the Mojave Wasteland where this meat is found.
Notes
- The player character can sleep in Cannibal Johnson's bed without any penalties.
- There is a hollowed-out rock slightly to the right of the entrance of the cave.

Cannibal Johnson's cave appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
Bugs
Two dead coyotes, in the room with the pool of "blood," may re-spawn alive with zero health. [verified]
