C. Carlson and his team were ordered to evaluate a Class 7 reactor failure that occurred within the Nuka-World power plant on April 28th, 2077. The team concluded that a series of failures had occurred that caused a large quantity of nuclear contamination within the site and recommended that the Nuka-Cola Corporation delay the opening of Nuka-World for the upcoming season as they perform maintenance.
Corporate ultimately decided to ignore Carlson's warnings and opened the park as scheduled a few weeks later. Carlson proceeded to email Corporate to complain, but was told to not share information about the event to the public in response. Carlson was later fired for unspecified reasons.
