Background
Rogers is an expert salvager and has earned him the nickname "The Mole" due to his superb agility and scourages in caves and vaults. He's hardly recognizable with dirt and grime on his face, but he's acquired the most envious items in his salvages.
Rarely seen around by others, Rogers mostly sleeps where ever he's currently exploring. He seems to be the most familiar with Dog Town's buildings and skyscrapers and can provide the Prisoner valuable advice surrounding Dog Town's infrastructures. Rogers is armed with a rare railway rifle that he customized himself during his prospecting. He also wears a Vault 45 Pip-Boy 2000, probably from his salvaging in one of Dog Town's vaults.

Appearances
C.B. Rogers has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. C.B Rogers was going to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
