Brailee Ewers, born in 2241[1], lives in Arefu in 2277.

Brailee is 36 years old and married to Ken Ewers. She is a bit shy and it doesn't help that she rarely gets to speak to anyone, thanks to her overprotective husband. She is warm and compassionate. In recent months, with The Family murduring all of Arefu's Brahmin, and torment going on, she has created a much more pleasant pre-war world inside her head.

Brailee has several conversation options, but they aren't very useful. When talking to Brailee it is obvious she is the only person in the Capital Wasteland that is "living" somewhere else.
After completing the Blood Ties quest, she rewards you by baking you "cookies", as she calls them (which are nothing more than Bent Tin Cans).
