The perk grants the player a permanent increase of 10% to their Radiation Resistance.

- Regardless of who you side with for Free Labor, upon completing the quest you will receive this perk.

The image used for this perk is almost identical to the image used for Fallout and Fallout 2's Rad Resistance perk.
