The Boneyard Library is a location in the L.A. Boneyard. It serves as the headquarters of the Followers of the Apocalypse.
The recruitable NPC, Katja, can be found in the library.
In the basement there is a ghoul who has been saved from super mutants' transformations by the Followers of the Apocalypse.
