After you pass the huge door from section 2B to 2C, the hallway will extend further and end with doors on the left and right. Take the left door to retrieve the bobblehead inside the room. Be sure to grab it before enter the Control Room on your way to see [[President Eden]], as you cannot return for it once you have already done so.

Bobblehead - Energy Weapons is a Fallout 3 item, a Vault Boy bobblehead. It permanently improves the Lone Wanderer's Energy Weapons skill by 10, up to a maximum of 100.

Location

Found in Raven Rock on the right desk in Colonel Autumn's bedroom. After passing the huge door from section 2B to 2C, the hallway will extend further and end with doors on the left and right. Take the left door to retrieve the bobblehead inside the room. Be sure to grab it before entering the Control Room on the way to see President Eden, as there is no returning for it after that point.

Notes

The bobblehead seems to be carrying a weapon similar to the alien blaster.
