Bob is a Brotherhood of Steel recruit in 2197.
Bob has huge hands, the sort of hands that in another age would have been great for fielding in a baseball game or holding a newborn baby. In this age he just whacks people with them, repeatedly, until they stop moving.
Bob becomes available after the Warrior reaches the rank of Senior Knight.
Bob appears only in Fallout Tactics.
