Overview
You stumble upon a used car salesman in the middle of the wasteland. He has a small office surrounded by junk cars. You can't actually buy a running car from him but you can find a Red Ryder BB gun from the footlocker in his office, as well as one of the kind (in FO1) Red Ryder LE BB Gun in a pile of crates.
