For an overview of bloatfly meat in the Fallout series of games, see bloatfly meat. |
Bloatfly meat is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
Bloatfly meat is the insectoid meat that can be scavenged from the many bloatflies around the wasteland.
It restores 5 Hit Points, but also gives you a small amount of radiation, in the form of 5 rads. It can also be used to make bloatfly slider at a campfire. Additionally, in hardcore mode it can reduce Starvation by 25, at the expense of -1 Strength for a 2 minutes duration.
