Background
Mr. Black was a man who was stated to have killed himself in 2077. A police case about him can be found in the terminal located in the BADTFL regional office.[1] A 10mm pistol was recovered from Mr. Black along with 1 10mm round bullet from his body. Five more 10mm round bullets were recovered from the walls of his apartment.
