Bitter drink recipe is a paper note in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road.
Location
It can be obtained by talking to Ulysses at the end of Lonesome Road, if he lives. Alternatively, it can be found in the footlocker left by him if he dies at the end of the add-on.
