Background
Edit
By the time of the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the Wrights have control over New Reno,[1] but Mr. Bishop's position is still fairly strong as the head of the Bishop family. According to Bruce Isaac, he knows the wasteland "like the back of his hand"; indeed, Isaac had to flee as far as Novac to escape his wrath after stealing money he was owed from the Shark Club and having sex with Bishop's daughter.[2]
Notes
Edit
It is unknown what exactly Mr. Bishop's relation is to Bishops of Fallout 2. He is most likely a child that the Chosen One can sire with either Angela or Leslie Anne Bishop.
Appearances
Edit
Mr. Bishop is mentioned during the Talent Pool quest in Fallout: New Vegas by Bruce Isaac, referring to Isaac's possible connection with Mr. Bishop's bank robbery.
