Background
He led the tribe, and he was approached with his tribals by 20 PDQ-88b Securitrons. Most of the tribe agreed to join Mr. House, live on the New Vegas Strip, take over The Tops casino, and become the Chairmen. Bingo did not like this, but Benny wanted to leave the old ways behind, so Bingo challenged him to a knife fight. Bingo, although being the strongest, was the slowest and Benny took advantage of this by stabbing him in the neck. Benny then became leader of the Chairmen.
